Production Management and Consultancy

I have worked in animation and games for over twenty years, moving between art and production roles, which has allowed me to gain a very deep knowledge of the traditional 2D animation pipeline.  I have successfully managed high-end projects, giving my all as I led teams large and small to successful project completion.  I am deeply passionate about supporting others in developing their skills, and thus I am happy and able to provide both production consultancy and training.  Please read below for some of the areas that I am able to cover, and if you are looking for training, please also see my teaching and training page for my range of experiences in the field of education.
